Personal Information You Provide to Us:
You need a Google AppsTM account to sign up and login to the Service. Information provided by you to GoogleTM are covered by their privacy and service terms. Nano Equipment does not control how that information is being used by GoogleTM. We receive and store any information you enter on our Service or provide to us in any other way. The types of Personal Information collected may include your name, user name, and email address. The Personal Information you provide is used for such purposes as facilitating account creation and the login process, improving the content of the Service, customizing the content you see, and communicating with you.
 

Personal Information Collected Automatically:
When you use the Service, Nano Equipment automatically receives and records information logs from your browser or mobile platform including your location, IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested.
 

We use third-party tracking services that may use cookies and web beacons to track aggregated anonymized data about visitors to our Sites to capture location, usage and volume statistics to help us improve our Sites and customizing the advertisement and content you see. We have no access or control over these tracking technologies. Communications from Nano Equipment

Contacts Information and SMS Messages
All information about your contacts that you added or uploaded to the Sites and SMS messages that you sent and received through the Service are kept in strict confidence and used only in compliance with legal requirements. We will never use your contacts information and SMS messages other than in accordance with this privacy policy. The analytic tools provided by the Service may process your contacts information and SMS messages for you when you use the Service.
 

Statistical Analyses
Nano Equipment reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics. We do this in order to measure interest in, and use of, the various areas of the Sites. Statistical analyses are performed on anonymized, aggregated data.

We use third parties to provide billing services on our Sites. When you purchase a paid subscription from us, we will share contact and payment information as necessary for the billing service provider to provide the service.

Nano Equipment does not ever disclose the information about your contacts and the SMS messages you sent and received through the Service unless you permit or request for us to do so.
 

Users You Authorized
If you are the administrator of the user account for the Service, you are able to authorize other users to access and use the Service. All information in your user account including contacts information, SMS messages, and usage data are accessible by your authorized users.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal data as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us.
 

Merger or Other Acquisition
 

Under this privacy policy, you consent to our transfer of personal data to the successor in interest in connection with a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization in which Nano Equipment participates or to the purchaser of all or substantially all of Nano Equipment’s assets to which the Sites relates.

All data for the Service are stored on Google App Engine datastore. We restrict access to personal information to Nano Equipment employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations. We are committed to handling your personal data with integrity and care. However, regardless of the security protections and precautions we undertake, there is always a risk that your personal data may be viewed and used by unauthorized third parties as a result of collecting and transmitting your data electronically on the Internet and/or through wireless networks.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page. If the changes are significant we may also notify you by email.
