An automated task is a job that you define. Once started, it will continue to run in background until the end date specified or when it is aborted by you. You can use automated tasks to create SMS marketing campaigns.

Overview:

Opt Out Keyword
 
Opt out keyword is required for automatic opt out tracking. On the Overview page, you can enter one or more Opt Out Keywords separated by a space. Keywords are not case sensitive. Examples, UNSUB and unsub. These keywords are applicable on all tasks that have the Reply Tracking option enabled (see Add New).
 
Message Flow Control
 
Message flow control is enabled by default. This allows the system to regulate sending out of SMS to prevent hitting the limit of more than 100 messages per hour allowed by the Android OS.
 
Tasks Overview
 
Tasks Overview lists all tasks in the system with summary information. Note that you can run multiple concurrent tasks using Campaign Keywords to distinguish replies sent to each task.
